人力资源职责: As a condition of employment or change in position/job responsibilities of a current employee, Human 资源 will check the driving record of any potential Recurring UAD (see attached 驾驶记录宣誓书). 学生财务服务职责: 作为学生就业的条件, Student Financial Services will check the driving record of any potential Recurring Student Employee UAD (see attached 驾驶记录宣誓书). 事故过程: Accidents taking place while driving on University 业务 (whether involving University Vehicles and equipment, 或私人车辆)必须立即报告主管. 主管必须尽快将事故通知风险管理部门, but no later than one (1) business day after receiving notification from the Authorized Driver. Individuals not recognized as UADs who are involved in an accident while driving on University 业务 may incur significant personal liability.
私有/出租/租车辆: UADs, operating privately owned/租赁/rented vehicles on University 业务 must carry personal automobile liability insurance. The individual's personal automobile liability coverage shall be the primary insurance for claims that occur on University 业务.
No automobile physical damage coverage for privately owned/租赁/rented vehicles shall be provided by the University.
